The brainchild of Jamie Evans, aka The Herb Somm, Thursday Infused is a private culinary event series featuring some of the Bay Area’s best canna-chef’s.
I had the honor of joining cannabis creatives Monica Lo and Scott Peabody from SousWeed while they presented delectable infused small plates alongside some fantastic sponsors like, CBDistillery, Somatik, Skunk Factory, Focus Concentrates, Real Oyster Cult, Levo, and more.
To kick off the night and compliment the tasting menu, I created a DIY Gin & Chronic welcome bar using garnishes and botanicals that highlighting many of the various terpenes being paired throughout the night.
Even those canna-curious guests, who do not typically consume cannabis, felt comfortable crafting themselves a low ABV drink (as they knew their would be no psychoactive experience) and simply enjoyed the mood-enhancing benefits of hemp-derived cannabis responsibly.
